Architect Julien de Smedt is working with Norwegian startup Othalo to create a range of modular that will be constructed largely from target recycled plastic.

Scott Morrison announced the HomeBuilder scheme this week asking  "If you’ve been putting off that renovation or new build, the extra $25,000 we're putting on the table, along with record-low interest rates, means now's the time to get started."
